Hyperdrive is in a private, invite-only alpha. These summary terms govern that access; full terms of service will be published at general availability.

The service
Hyperdrive is provided during the alpha on an as-is, as-available basis for evaluation. Features may change, and access is granted by invitation and may be revoked.
Acceptable use
Use Hyperdrive against code and data you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other tenants' data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Your code and data
You retain all rights to your code and data. Enterprise / Harness-as-a-Service deployments will be able to keep data within your own perimeter (BYODB); that option is not available during the private alpha.
No warranty; liability
During the alpha, Hyperdrive is provided without warranties, and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Do not rely on the alpha for production-critical guarantees.
